The outdoor heated pool offered a great spot to unwind, particularly after a long day. The beautifully designed communal areas created a relaxing atmosphere, perfect for enjoying downtime.

Finding my room clean wasn't a guarantee. I spotted dust on the couch and crumbs from previous guests. The noise from other guests in the corridors made it a bit difficult to get a good night's sleep. the prices for meals felt steep given the portion sizes and quality. a few dishes tasted bland and didn't meet the expectations that come with a luxury stay. I also noticed inconsistencies during room service—missing condiments created a rather chaotic dining experience in-room. The spa could use a refresh. areas familiar with higher standards felt outdated and not entirely clean, impacting the overall relaxation experience.

We had a lovely stay in a Junior Suite that was spacious and well-appointed. The staff were attentive and made us feel incredibly welcome, and the spa facilities were exceptional, offering a peaceful escape. We enjoyed a sumptuous breakfast with a variety of options to choose from. The only downside was that the room could be a bit warmer at times, but the provided fan helped greatly. it was a truly enjoyable experience.

I had an unfortunate experience with gluten in my fries, so staff need better training on dietary restrictions.

During my recent stay, I truly appreciated the stunning property and the beautiful grounds that offer a peaceful retreat, making it perfect for city strolls to nearby attractions like Warminster Town Park just over 2 kilometers away and Lake Pleasure Grounds less than 3 kilometers away, where I enjoyed lovely walks and scenic views, connecting with nature.
